We’ll explore how you can manage your key tasks without get pulled in all sorts of directions. Plus we’ll look at some nifty tools or apps that, in the long term, could save you time so you can prioritise your time and energy on the really important aspects of running your business. During this interactive session you will be guided by GrowBiz’s Deputy CEO Merle Palmer and Enterprise Facilitator Alison Finlay; both of whom, through running their own businesses have plenty of experience and wisdom to share with you on the subject.By the end of this learning session you’ll come away with a renewed enthusiasm and understanding of what you could do to feel less stressed and more productive. And this in turn will help you to provide a more efficient service to your customers.GrowBiz provide enterprise support to businesses, enterprises and the self-employed in rural Scotland (i.e. out with cities)- please only a book a place if you are based in rural Scotland.
